Topic: HR Taking Care of Employees, Leaders, and the Organization in a time of Disruptive Leadership

Description:  We are in the midst of a time of great change where just about everything in our world is changing. During times like these, HR professionals need to be able to practice “Disruptive Leadership,” articulating a vision for the future while embracing change and driving innovation. Disruption is no longer a bad thing in the workforce but is essential in order to transform organizations. Changing the way people think and the way things get done is no easy task. Keeping an organization on track while making the necessary changes takes a delicate balance. Disruptive ideas can change existing businesses and disruptive thinking can produce better products and more efficient systems. It can be the recipe for success. Disruptive leaders are always looking for better solutions and ways to improve products, systems, and businesses and they are not afraid to challenge conventional wisdom. This workshop will help HR professionals examine ways to practice disruptive leadership and lead their employees, teams and organization through great change. Participants will leave understanding the seven traits of a disruptive leader and practical tips for implementing them.
